Never thought I was going to enter a new challenge at the same time that I was dealing with some illness specially when the weight cause it to get worse. I thought for a min and decided that the time was just perfect to improve my health and here I am finishing the challenge with great news about the weight and the overall challenge results, a lot of improvement on my health and feeling much better. I was able to finish this challenge loosing 13 pounds which at first I thought I was not going to make it specially since I can’t do much physical activities due to the anemia and the low blood count on my body.I started with 198 lbs and now I am at 185 lbs, it was not easy but now I see making small changes is really worth it.
The routine I was following during the challenge with the supplements was the following:
Every morning I drink my supper Greens (2 scoops) and (1 scoop of fiber) with a glass of water, after an hr or two my Yor protein shake (2 scoop as well) Every day 2 or 3 Yor vitamins, 2 repairs morning and night. On every meal I took one or two enzymes depending on how heavy was the meal. At night I was taking again a protein shake with some fiber as well. In addition I also use my Bare essential oils for example Lemon and orange added on my drinks like my supper greens and berry blast which is my favorite energy drink.
Along with the supplements I was eating a balance diet. For now on I can’t see my self living without my Yorhealth supplements to enjoy my health and nutrition. For sure will be sharing with everyone around me about the huge difference they make on my nutrition and overall health not just physical but also on your mental health as well.
