Ufff mi tercer reto consecutivo terminado!!! estoy feliz =) debo confesar que fue el que mas trabajo me costo porque tonificar todas aquellas areas con flacidez despues de bajar 13 kg en total no es nada fácil!!!
Durante el periodo de 8 semanas, me lesione la espalda lo que detuvo mi entrenamiento un par de semanas, me desesperé mucho pero al final entendí que me estaba exigiendo ejercicios que jamás habia realizado... fue ahí cuando decidí abrazarme y perdonarme por todo el peso que habia estado cargando, hice las paces con mi cuerpo, lo acepte, lo acepto tal cual y puedo decir orgullosamente por fin llegue a mi meta en cuanto a peso, ahora seguire trabajando para mantenerlo sano y en equilibrio.
