Estoy muy contenta porque gracias a la suplementacion de Yorhealth, en estas fiestas decembrinas aún con toda la deliciosa comida que me he permitido disfrutar, he podido mantener los logros alcanzados y sigo cambiando grasa por músculo! Por las mañanas tome 1 cápsula de yor probiótics ultra, a las 12 del día rompía mi ayuno con yor supergreens y una hora después mi Yorshake de chocolate, durante mis comidas y cenas 1 cápsula de yor digest ultra y al terminar dos yor essential vitamins por la noche antes de dormir tomaba dos yor repair ultra y durante el día tomaba entre 2.5 y 3 litros de agua, uno de ellos con Yor Berry Blast y Bare Oils de canela, limón, menta y/o limoncillo
