A pesar de haber pasado a través de la temporada más fuerte de las fiestas decembrinas creo que pude conservar buena parte de los resultados del ciclo anterior.
Mantuve el régimen de tomar UNA CÁPSULA DE PROBIÓTICOS en ayunas con un vaso de agua para después tomar otro vaso más de agua con una gota de aceite esencial de limón o naranja.
Hacía una rutina de ejercicio intensa de no menos de 30 minutos por la mañana antes de desayunar horario que modifiqué, ya que viajé a casa de mis papás, llevándola a cabo después del desayuno donde consumía una medida de SUPEGREENS y posteriormente una medida de YOR SHAKE con fresas o plátano. Y antes de cada comida tomaba una cápsula de DIGEST ULTRA Y 3 VITAMINAS. Esto ultimo particularmente porque aparentemente di positivo a COVID (no alcancé a hacerme prueba); y me mantuve consumiendo una buena cantidad de agua y fruta adicionales.
Ya estoy listo para el siguiente ciclo de reto y vamos por otro año más con YOR Health ;)
