Mi nombre es Rossana Alpizar, llevo un poco mas de 2 años en Yor Health, en los que he bajado un poco más de 25 Kg, pero lo que me tiene más encantada es la forma física que tengo, es la mejor en mis 48 años de vida, consumo todos los productos Yor Health, mis favoritos son el Yor Shake de Vainilla, el Yor Repair y Yor Digest Ultra, aunque en realidad todos me encantan. Por la mañana con el estomago vacío tomo 2 capsulas de Yor Repair, 1 Yor Probiotics, 1 Yor Digest y 1 Yor AMP, 2 medidas de Yor Shake Vainilla, con 2 medidas de Yor Fiber y 1 de Yor super Greens con 300 ml de agua, 1 yogurth Griego y 1 café, a media mañana 1 Yor Berry Blast, en la comida trato de comer sanamente y ceno algo muy ligero. No hago mucho ejercicio pero si trato de caminar 3 veces a la semana 1 hora, los resultados realmente han sido sorprendentes, Muchas Gracias Yor!
