Hola! Este ciclo ha sido muy importante pues el reto principal era mantener la constancia con el ejercicio y sobre todo la alimentación ya que estuvo enmedio de las fiestas navideñas...

Me apoyé mucho con mi YOR Shake, Supergreens y Fibra en las mañanas. Al despertar tomé 3 vitaminas y 1 probiótico. 1 Digest ultra a la hora de comer y antes de mis entrenamientos (por las tardes) 1 cápsula de YOR Amp. Además en la tarde otra toma de Supergreens con jugo verde.

Tuve una situación en la última semana y media, y es que tuve una contractura en la espalda durante un juego de básquetbol que se empeoró a los pocos días lo cual me limitó mucho para trabajar y entrenar o hacer cardio. Mis entrenamientos generalmente constan de 3 a 4 workouts de fuerza y 2 ó 3 sesiones de cardio (correr, básquet y bici)... pero fue duro no poder cerrar bien en los últimos días pero en cuanto esté listo reanudaré para un próximo ciclo.
