Hola saludos desde monterrey,NL. estoy muy contento y feliz de poder comenzar a mejorar mi salud tanto en el ejercicio, como en alimentación, ya que por mi trabajo se me dificulta.
-Comencé con un ayuno de 10 hrs hasta llegar a un ayuno de 14hrs,
comencé con las Yor AMP 2 por la mañana, con mi fibra y malteada y por las noches me tomaba 1 Yor Repair.
-Comencé a caminar 20min por la mañana y 20 min por la tarde
