para mi este reto fue crucial ya que anteriormente en diciembre aumentaba de peso esto consecuencia de dejarme llevar por las dietas que acostumbra hacer en navidad y Año Nuevo en mi familia , sin embargo este año Yor best body me ayudo a perder peso e iniciar el año de una manera saludable !

lo que hice fue :

al despertar 1 probioticos 2 vitaminas

Antes de hacer ejercicio 1 scoop de súper greens con 1 sobre de berry Blast

despyes de entrenar 3 scoops de Yor shake

en cada comida sólida 2 Yor digestivas Ultra.
y antes de dormir 2 cápsulas de Yor repair y 3 scoop de

proteina con 2 scoops de fibra !
