The 8 Week Challenge has been more than awesome! I worked out 3 times a week at 7am. I've come to realize that a morning workout is the best way to start your day! Before the challenge I usually slept until about 9am and rush to get straight into work. Getting up in the morning for the gym always had me refreshed when I got to my desk at work. Instead of being tired and groggy I was pumped and energized! I even marketed more because I started my day earlier. I would start the morning off by having my MRP and Repair ultra after my workout to replenish and recover my body. My product regimen was always on point, 3 MRPs a day in between meals, Repair after a workout on an empty stomach, supergreens and berry blast would give me the energy I needed to keep going all day long for my active lifestyle and it kept me awake at work after those tough tiring mornings! I was pretty inconsistent with the gym routine because I never had my own membership. Now I do however; can't wait for cycle two to begin!
