Hola soy Miriam Luz Yanac Reyes, tengo 50 años, soy de Perú. Me siento feliz y agradecida de continuar en el reto de 8 semanas, gracias a este sistema mi salud está estable, no me duelen los huesos, mis dedos ya no se deforman, por la artritis generalizada que padezco, es difícil mantener un peso por el hipotiroidismo de Hashimoto que tengo. Al despertar: 6AM: 1 YOR Repair Ultra y 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra.
Una hora después: en un vaso grande con agua un YOR Berry Blast.
9AM: Rompo ayuno mezclando: 2 medidas de Shake, 1 medida SuperGreens, 1 medida Fiber Plus.
ALMUERZO: 1 Digest Ultra 5 minutos antes de la comida, una comida balanceada.

Tomo abundantes líquidos, 2litros mínimo.
