Estoy muy satisfecho de haber finalizado un reto más de esta inigualable plataforma de salud.
Volví a retarme a mi mismo, luego de mucho tiempo de no inscribirme al YOR Best Body Challenge, decidí hacerlo porque ya me había estancado, y me había quedado mucho en mi zona de confort, ya no veía cambios a pesar de hacer ejercicio casi todos los días.
Comencé llendo a correr por las mañanas y en ayunas tomo mis cápsulas de YOR AMP. Luego de mi cardio me bebo mi YOR Shake con YOR Super greens, y desayuno ligero.
