Hoy culmina mi 6o reto. Esta vez bajé 4 kilos y medidas también. Mi plan diario es de despertar y tomar 1 Repair y 1 Probióticos. Una hora después desayunar y tomar 2 de Vitaminas y 1 Digestivas. Al medio día tomo una colación de fruta con cottage o nueces. En la comida tomo 1 Digestiva con los alimentos. A media tarde tomo de colación 1 Greens. Para la cena tomo 1 Digestivo con los alimentos. Cada tercer día tomo 1 Fibra para ayudar con la eliminación de la semana. A veces cambio la fruta de media mañana por 1 Shake. Los suplementos de Yorhealth me ayudan a sentirme con energía, saludable y con ganas de alcanzar mi meta. Me falta todavía camino por recorrer. Quiero seguir con mi plan, reducir más mi ingesta de carbohidratos y aumentar el ejercicio que hago.
