Hola saludos desde monterrey soy Esmeralda León y estoy muy feliz de seguir viendo los cambios y transformando mi cuerpo en una mejor versión,fortaleciendo hábitos, ya después de casi 3 años en el reto. Las primeras 4 semanas implemente un ayuno intermitente de 14 hrs y las últimas 4 fue un ayuno de 20 hrs acompañado de 2 Yor Amp,2 Yor Repair por la mañana, posteriormente abro mi ayuno intermitente con mi Super green con fibra. Por la cómoda impresión 2 Yor Digest, por la tarde continua con mi Yor Shake de chocolate con fibra y 2 gotas de aceite de menta. Acompañados de una buena alimentación, con 2 hrs de ejercicio estamos en preparación para el maratón de la cdmx.
