Hola me llamo Ale y este reto si me costó mucho trabajo ya que tuve mucha actividad en la escuela y me distrajo de mi enfoque en la disciplina en alimentación y ejercicio
Sin embargo puedo darme cuenta de la importancia y resultados de consumir los suplementos de Yor, ya que es muy práctico transportarlos y consumirlos
Todas las mañanas me encanta tomar el supergreens con fibra ya que me ayudan a tener la energía suficiente durante el día y eliminar lo que mi cuerpo no necesita y durante el día me tomo la Yor Shake y se que con eso tengo los nutrientes necesarios aunque no pueda comer bien ya que siempre nido en la calle
