Me llamo Alejandra tengo 42 años y soy mama de 4, me encanta hacer ejercicio y trasmitirle a mis hijos el amor por el deporte y por una vida saludable y balanceada y que mejor que con el ejemplo!!
Decidí volver hacer este reto para ponerme más en forma antes de vacaciones!!!
