Tener 45 años, y tener un cuerpo saludable y tonificado ya no es una escusa.

En este reto me dediqué a mantener el ritmo de ejercicio, yo bailo y me gusta hacer stretching en todo mi cuerpo, tomé mi consentido yor Berry blast para mantener mi enfoque y energía en alto, después de mi hora de baile diaria, me tomé una porción y media de yor shake, combiné con alimentación saludable el súper greens y mis digest, descanso reparador y meditación.

Hoy me siento súper bien, creo que he encontrado mi balance perfecto entre bailar, hacer el reto y estar saludable.
