Hola, soy Berta y estoy arta de tener sobrepeso. No me gusta comprar ropa porque, lo que me queda no me gusta y lo que me gusta no me queda Hace poco tiempo para subir escaleras me tenia que tomar del pasamanos para sentirme segura de no caer. Me uní al Reto por Salud, quiero sentirme y verme bien. A sido difícil tener Fuerza de Voluntad en la comida y darme el tiempo para caminar y hacer algo de ejercicio.
