Buenas tardes, termino mi tercer reto aunque me frustaba un poco porque no veía el avance que yo quería y pensaba que no estaba avanzando en mi cambio porque tampoco baje mucho de peso solo 1 kg ahora que veo las fotos veo que si hay un cambio y estoy contenta por eso porque estoy avanzando en mi cambio físico y salud con ayuda de todos los suplementos, yo tomo por las mañanas el super greens con fibra, en cada comida una enzima digestiva, también tengo aceites esenciales para un mejor descanso y en las noches antes de dormir una malteada de vainilla o chocolate con menta que es deliciosa y pues bueno ya que nos metimos en esto, a seguir buscando nuestra mejor versión!
