Mi rutina saludable es hacer ejercicio 2o 3 veces por semana, ya sea correr, trotar o caminar de 5 a 7 km. Los suplementos complementarios son por las mañanas los probióticos en ayunas, en las comidas yor digest ultra, y yor amp. Además después del ejercicio me gusta tomar super Green, y puedo alternar desayunos normales bajo en carbohidratos o tomar proteína yor shake.
