Hello, my name is José Ángel Senderos. I am 50 years old. I am married and have 3 kids. One Son and two daughters. I have decided to accept and participate in YOR Best Body Challenge because I want to prove myself that I can make changes in my life. This is my 4th Challenge and I am happy with the outcome. I have lost fat and gain muscle. My habits for feeding and exercise are healthy

I am waking up so early in the morning to workout and maintaining a balance in my meals. I have changed my entire habits and I am happy because my family and me depend on this change. I am proud of myself
