Prior to YOR Health I was a professional athlete and was dancing every single day for around eight hours straight. I didn't believe in supplementation and I really thought that the way I lived and ate was THE best way.
After I stopped competing professionally, I went to the gym but after a couple of months I decided to stop and right after that I actually gain weight on the areas I didn't want and never had!
Prior to the YOR Best Body Challenge cycle 11, I already tried to join twice before, just by myself - but didn't finish it. This cycle I joined with a lot of my team members in Holland and really loved to do it together! Doing it by yourself works, but doing it with your friends around you works even better. We had a lot of fun and I realized how easy it was to make this change a habit after a couple of weeks. It's like top sport, just in a different area :)
I started off my day with the YOR Supergreens and YOR fiber and then went off for a 5km run with the YOR complete burn. Right after I took the YOR repair and YOR essential vitamine and continued my day. Before dinner I used the YOR Digest Ultra and two vitamines and before sleeping I used the YOR Probiotic Ultra together with two YOR repairs. On long days I used the YOR Berry Blast in between en truly feel I'm in a way better health than 1.5 year ago!
Before the challenge my weight was 56 kilogram and right now I am 55 kilogram. I didn't loose much weight, but I realize that I gain more muscles back and I am more in shape.
After completing the YOR Best Body Challenge I feel living healthy really became my new lifestyle and I am loving it! I'm looking forward to complete my next cycle. Thanks to YOR Health!
