Hola soy Rocio! Te platico un poco de mi, desde mi infancia, he tenido sobrepeso. Eso me llevo a conocer muchos remedios, dietas, que al día de hoy me dejaron buenos habitos como tomar agua diariamente, alimentarme lo mejor posible.
