Soy Alelí Arredondo, tengo 38, hace 7 años me diagnosticaron artritis reumatoide, y desde entonces he buscado la manera de mantener mi cuerpo en equilibrio sin el uso de medicamentos, pues la inflamación en momentos de crisis me ha dejado inmóvil. Decidí unirme al reto porque he visto los cambios en otras personas y cómo han mejorado su salud y calidad de vida! Comencé a utilizar 1 cap de Repair por la mañana al despertar y antes de dormir y noté una gran diferencia en cómo amanecía menos rígida. Empecé a desintoxicarme y a tomar el SuperGreens una toma en la mañana y otra toma a media tarde. 1 cápsula de Digest y 1 de YorVitamins antes de cada comida, mi digestión mejoró muchísimo!
