Hola familia Yor Health! Estoy muy contenta de ver mi nueva versión y la de ustedes. Me impresiona cuánto podemos cambiar en 8 semanas y eso es gracias a este sistema que hace todo más fácil. Desde que estoy en Yor Best Body, dejé de contar calorías y restringir mis comidas.
