Hola soy Esmeralda León Villa y estoy muy feliz de ver cada ves mas los resultados gracias a la alimentación, a los suplementos de Yor Health y a mis ejercicios, ya van 2 años casi 3 años de estar en el reto y mi meta es conseguir amigos o gente que se pueda unir al reto y vea los resultados son mas fácil con los suplementos.

-Por la mañana me levantarme y me tomo mis 2 YOR Amp , 2 YOR Repair, 2 vitaminas, para empezar mis rutinas utilizo el YOR Bery blash que me ayuda a dar el extra, porque vamos por 2 maratones. acompañado de 18 a 20 hrs de Ayuno intermitente para abrir mi ventana de alimento con : Super Greens y fibra

- Para la comida comienzo con frutas y despues mis verduras y proteína o atún acompañado de mis 2 YOR Digest, 2 vitaminas para después .

-Por la noche cierro con algún batido con frutas o casi siempre con mi Yor Shake de chocolate con 2 gotas de menta lo intercambio aveces con el jugo por mis rutinas de entrenamiento.
