This 8-week body challenge was a real challenge for me. I am now working about a year with YOR Health and the products have really changed my life. The complaints of my irritable bowel syndrome is heavily reduced. My skin is soft and free from acne.
2 years ago I stopped as a professional athlete ( prof ballroom dancer) at that time I had gained more weight. I felt restless and tired. The products have really helped me on the road to feeling better. I feel full of energy and a lot happier.
These eight weeks I first work out in a year. Every other day I started a running program.
My food I have even more drastic change. These eight weeks I ate almost no bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. Red meat I try to avoid wherever possible. Sugar products like cookies, candy and cake I left aside. Sometimes the temptations were great because I have had a few times a dinner party or a barbecue where all temptations passed.
What I found feels so good that we do this all together, in the NL with a large group of people who all encourage each other on the facebook page. Tips like sports, food, what we eat, etc.
I am in the challenge and lost 3 kilos. I was hopping I lost more weight, but I'm on the right track. I do the following 8 weeks again of course along with my boyfriend and all the other people in the challenge.
