Hola soy Alejandra,
Me siento feliz por comprometerme con este reto, la verdad es que yo de jovencita fui muy delgada me gustaba mucho el ejercicio y estaba fitnnes amaba mi cuerpo delgado y marcado, un día tuve una caída que marcó un antes y un después, tuve que estar 2 meses en cama y sentí que mi vida se marchitaba junto con mi cuerpo, no pude retomar la acrobacia que hacía y eso me deprimía, pero tomé el control de mi vida gracias a yor porque en el fondo yo sentía la necesidad de verme fitness pero sin dañarme, bendito el día que comencé a tomar los Suplementos de Yor porque empecé a tener ánimo.
