Hola a todos!!!
Mi nombre es Omar Medrano y me siento feliz de haber terminado este reto de 8 semanas, ya que ha disminuido mi porcentaje de grasa y ha aumentado mi porcentaje de masa muscular, lo que me ha ayudado a mejorar mi tono muscular e irlos moldeando poco a poco y todo esto gracias a los suplementos de Yor

Mi rutina de uso de los suplementos que utilizo:
1.- Por la mañana inicio mi día con Supergreen
2.- Para mi desayuno lo acompaño con mi favorito Yor shake de vainilla y mi Yor essential vitamin
3.- A medio día me tomo mi Yor AMP, mas tarde con mi comida la acompaño de Yor essential vitamin
4.- Por la tarde realizo mi rutina de ejercicio, lo acompaño con mi porción de Yor shake de vainilla
5.- Y ya por la noche me tomo mis Yor Repair lo que me ayuda a recuperar la buena función de todas mis células
