Hola!

Han sido muy retadoras estas 8 semanas, por un lado porque en esta semana final tuve una infección en la garganta que me sometió a mucho reposo y tuve que interrumpir los entrenamientos, sin embargo estoy satisfecho porque logré mantener mi peso y continuar generando masa magra; aún falta aumentar las sesiones de cardio y serán parte clave en el siguiente reto.

Cada producto de YOR ha sido clave en mi desempeño, en las mañanas siempre empiezo en ayunas con reparador, vitaminas y probióticos... a media mañana interrumpo el ayuno intermitente generalmente con 1 YOR Shake con Fibra y 1 YOR Amp, en ocasiones le añado Supergreens o bien lo dejo para media tarde.

En la comida tomo 1 digest ultra y poco después otro YOR Amp 1 hora antes de entrenar... ahí mi bebida hidratante es el Supergreens.

Mis % de grasa y músculo disminuyeron y aumentaron respectivamente, especialmente en piernas y deltoides... para el siguiente reto espero continuar este proceso y marcar más el abdomen que es lo que más trabajo me ha costado.
