Hola Soy Hilda, Este reto ha sido muy divertido, volví a la danza!!, desde niña bailo Jazz y en este reto le dediqué toda mi atención a lo que amo hacer , Bailar!
Es divertido, me conecta con mi espíritu, me permite sentir, y volver en mi, ahora defiendo este sueño de seguir bailando y me está gustando el resultado, sentirme y estar saludable es para mí un gran regalo, he tonificado mis brazos, espalda, abdomen y piernas, no hay edad para defender tus sueños, este es uno de mis sueños ya cumplido, estar en mi mejor forma ya es una realidad!!
Tomé mi yor shake todas las mañanas después de mi stretching y rutina de baile, mi Berry blast para la media tarde rendir en mis actividades personales! Y super Green como snack con mis comidas!
