Estoy muy feliz por el resultado soy America luna mama de dos niños salí de una cirugía y había sido complicado perder grasa y a la vez aumentar músculo y lo logre en este reto perdí 1 kilo de grasa y gane 2 de músculo estoy súper feliz al despertar me tomo 2 repair antes de entrenar en 450 ml de agua con dos scoops de malteada me voy a entrenar al regresar tomo 3 scoops de proteína en los Mismos 450 ml de agua una hr con mis 2 vitaminas una hr despues de snack 1 scoop en agua de súper greens con fibra a la hr de la comida alta en proteína me tomo 2 enzimas y 2 vitaminas de snack 1 scoop de súper greens con aceite de limon 1 gota y en la cena me tomo 2 scoop de proteína 1 digest 2 vitaminas 2 enzimas reparadoras y antes de dormir 1 cápsula de probiótico
