My name is José Ángel Senderos and this is my 5th YOR Best Body Challenge. I am happy with results. I loss Fat weight and increase muscle mass.
I am using the following YOR Health products:
When I wake up, I take YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair. Then I work out for one hour every morning. Before breakfast I take one scoop of YOR Supergreens mixed with one scoop of YOR Fiber, half the glass of water and the other half with orange juice. After breakfast, I take two pills of YOR Vitamine. Around 10:30 am, I take a glass of YOR Shake. Before lunch, I take one pill of YOR Digest and one pill of YOR AMP.
