Hello! I am very happy with my results Yor Health family, my name is Cinthya Calderon, I am 35 years old and I want to share that until a few months ago I started exercising 5 days a week for one hour a day thanks to this challenge I have stayed motivated In order not to fail in training and even more so in taking care of my body, Yor Healt products have been my best ally.
