AL DESPERTAR:

Una hora después: en un vaso grande de agua con YOR BERRY BLAST.
9AM: Rompo ayuno con: YOR FIBER PLUS más una porción de frutas picada ,huevo y tostada
ALMUERZO: 1PM:
Una comida balanceada.
5PM: una porción de SUPER GREENS
Cena: 8PM:
comida balanceada, papa, camote, verduras, arroz, pollo.
Una hora antes de dormir tomo 2 gotas de CBD.
Al dormir: 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
Tomo abundantes líquidos 2 litros mínimo durante el día.
También empeze a realizar zumba y cardio 3 veces a la semana yo felizzz.
