Hola comunidad, espero se encuentren de lo mejor.

En este reto se me facilitó el mantener peso (64.5kg), que era algo complicado desde siempre. Me enfoqué más en trabajo de fuerza que de cardio: tres días a la semana peso corporal y un par de días más entre trotar y caminar.

Además del ayuno intermitente, también tomé casi toda la línea de nutrición, desde SuperGreens antes del desayuno hasta el Repair antes de dormir.
El inconveniente que tuve al final del ciclo fue que hice dos viajes largos en los que no hice nada más que un trote, comidas menos controladas y también se terminaron u olvidaba mis productos (probióticos, malteada y a veces enzimas).

Lo que me llevo de este reto es que sí o sí necesito reactivar mi metabolismo y subir la intensidad del entrenamiento… así que nos vemos en el siguiente por aquí.
