Hi… I'm Ricardo Montaño, I'm 41 years old and I'm from Mexico City, I'm very happy and grateful to Yor because it has allowed me to have confidence in myself again when I see the results I've obtained at the end of this challenge… My goal Initially, I lost 19 kilos, however, I was only able to lose 7 and that motivates me to continue competing in later challenges... Today I feel full of energy, physically and mentally very strengthened... I love taking my AMP before training and during or after training to enjoy from my Barry Blast, in the morning I take my vitamins and at night I can't miss my Repair... I normally take my Greens to finish my intermittent fasting as well as my milkshake... Along with the challenge I started training to run a half marathon which Day 56 ended and in a couple of days I run the Mexico City half marathon... I am ready and motivated, I thank my Yor group that motivates us every day to meet our goals... I went from size XL to L and I'm going for the M in the next challenge… Thank you Yor…
