Hola familia Yor. Me da mucho gusto terminar un reto más y confirmar que puedo seguir avanzando en mis metas gracias a la suplementación de Yorhealth. Y sobre todo me siento feliz de haber encontrado una forma divertida para mantener un estilo de vida saludable con un cuerpo en forma y fuerte.
Lo que hice fue tomar 1 cápsula de yor repair y 1 de yor probiotics en ayunas y sustituí el café que me irita el estómago por una cápsula de Yor AMP. Rompía mi ayuno con Yor supergreens a las 12 del día y una hora después tomaba mi Yorshake de vainilla, en ocasiones mezclaba mi supergreens con mi yorshake y es una mezcla deliciosa. Por la noche tomaba una cápsula de yor repair y durante cada comida dos cápsulas de Yor Vitimins.
