Hola mi nombre es Servando de Jesús Quezada Morales, Tengo 51 años.

Todos los días por la mañana comienzan con una taza de té a base de aceites esenciales Bare oils.
Con 1 o 2 gotas de aceite esencial de jengibre y 1 o 2 gotas más de aceite esencial de limón preparo mi te.
30 minutos después me preparo mi delicioso Yor supergreens junto con 2 tabletas de Yor essential vitamins y 1 tableta de Yor AMP.
Asi comienzo entonces mi rutina de entrenamiento y cuando terminó me preparo una deliciosa malteada Yor Shake sabor chocolate o vainilla.
Ya por la tarde antes de comer me tomo dos tabletas más de Yor essential vitamins, después de la comida me preparo una deliciosa y refrescante bebida Yor Berry blast.
