Hola, me llamo Samuel

Esto del reto de 8 semanas en lo personal me parece que es un gran acierto de la compañía, ya que nos permite estar enfocados en el resultado.

Gracias al reto mi vida es otra, este ciclo me dediqué más a dar volumen a mis músculos, por la mañana me tomó el supergreens en ayunas, 30 min después me preparo mi Yor Shake de vainilla con avena, granola y fruta, con eso estoy listo para comenzar el día con energía y nutrición.

En la comida tomo Digest y me siento menos inflamado y por la noche después del gimnasio me tomo otra Yor Shake con fibra.

Con esta combinación noté que si generó más volumen muscular, es una maravilla.
