Hola soy America luna y quiero agradecer a YOR health por permitirme mantenerme con un gran hábito diario con el reto YOR Body después de mi cirugía me había costado bajar grasa y aumentar masa muscular estoy feliz por el resultado logré aumentar dos kilos de músculo al despertar tomo 2 reparadoras un scoop de proteína en agua 450 ml ; antes del ejercicio al regresar en los primeros 30 min me tomó otra malteada 2 scoops y 1 de fibra en agua desayuno huevos a la par 1 enzima digestiva a media tarde súper greens con 1 limon en la comida con proteína 2 enzimas y 2 vitaminas a media tarde otro súper greens y de cena huevos con proteína 2 scoops en agua con fresas o papaya 2 vitaminas antes de dormir 1 probiótico .
