My name is José Ángel Senderos. I am 50 years old. I appreciate all good YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE has done for me. I found a community of people commuted to become the best version of theirselves andI am happy to be part of it. I used to be lazy for working out and I had very bad health habits.

YOR HEALTH community has taught me how to get better habits and push myself to become the best version of myself. Through the products and the advises, I have committed to myself and so am enjoying working out every morning and habits changes.
