Buenas tardes, estoy muy emocionada porque logré bajar unos kilos donde casi llego a mi meta personal. Mi figura cambió y estoy muy satisfecha con el resultado pero voy por más.

Me pegué lo más posible a las rutinas de ejercicios de los couches en turno como Gabriel Soto, Louis Van Amstel y Nyia Vang.

Lo más importante en este reto es que a pesar de que no pude llevar las las rutinas muy constantemente por razón de que anduve de viaje, pues los horarios, la alimentación y actividades no son las mismas en diferentes países. Pero lo mejor es que mi suplementación de Yorhealth no se perdió en ningún momento, diariamente consumía mis Enzimas Digestivas, Probióticos, VItaminas, Blast Berry, Shake en sus dos sabores y por supuesto, mi producto favorito que es el Super Greens.
