Hola soy Hilda, madre de 2 varones, bailarina y modelo, me inscribí en este reto, porque me enamora ver como he transformado mi cuerpo, he estado practicando en este reto y el anterior lo que más amo hacer, " BAILAR", me he concentrado en vivir un día a la vez, tengo 45 y me esta gustando mucho mi nueva vida, la energía que ahora tengo y por supuesto los resultados físicos , por eso me gusta el reto de 8 semanas, porque me permite medir mis avances, lo que hice fue, todos los días llevé de nutrición una dieta equilibrada en: frutas, verduras, vegetales, frutos secos, proteína Yor shake, super green, repair y mi berry blast, hago yoga y mi stretching y rutina de danza contemporánea mezclada con danza jazz, amo bailar y amo sentirme en mi mejor forma de salud y física.
