Hola mi nombre es Ernestina Fabian Estrada, soy de Sinaloa México, inicie el reto de 8 semanas el dia 28 de mayo de 2013, mi peso era de 120.9 Kg, me sentía muy mal, con dolor de rodillas, no podía hacer caminatas largas ni si quiera recogerme el cabello porque sentia que me ahogaba, ingrese al reto a traves de una amiga, pero realmente me interesaba para mi hija porque tenia problemas con colesterol, investigue el producto y me intereso consumirlo tambien, me empece a sentir muy bien, satisfecha, sin ansiedad por seguir comiendo, la manera en que los consumia era 1 probiotico por la mañana, de desayuno MRP + fibra, enzimas digestivas y vitaminas con la comida, a media tarde Yor super greens y por la noche yor repair.
