Les cuento que en el 2021 regresé a entrenar gimnasia artística, y este año decidí volver a competir. Es un deporte muy demandante, entre otras cosas se necesitan mínimo 3 horas diarias de entrenamiento así que ahora que soy adulto dedicarle el tiempo ha sido todo un reto. Y específicamente en estas 8 semanas aún más pues tuve una lesión :( que me impidió estar al 100, pero estoy sorprendida y muy contenta con los resultados que obtuve porque disminuí porcentaje de grasa, y aumenté músculo.
Hago ayuno intermitente entre 16 y 18 hrs, lo rompo con supergreens, a veces lo mezclo con Berry, después me hago una malteada con crema de cacahuate, y a veces el Berry Blast lo tomo durante el entrenamiento.
Sinceramente me siento muy agradecida con Yor porque a pesar de que hago ejercicio la realidad es que me cuesta desarrollar músculo y comer los nutrientes que necesita mi cuerpo, es por eso que estar inscrita en esta plataforma me ha ayudado muchísimo a mantenerme enfocada y motivada en suplementarme adecuadamente para poder rendir.
