Hola comunidad, espero se encuentren muy bien. Un ciclo más terminado.

En esta ocasión volví a consumir la línea completa de nutrición de Yor health: desde la mañana con Probióticos y SuperGreens, con la comida Enzimas, Vitaminas y Berry, para terminar con Repair antes de dormir (aunque varias veces u olvidaba tomar agua con aceite de limón o no tenía malteada).

Para entrenar fue menos trotar (2 veces) y más ejercicios funcionales (3 veces) con una salida a correr por semana.

Me fue súper con el peso (regreso a los 64kg), pero lo que no fue tan bien fueron las últimas dos semanas porque tuve una lesión que me permitió apenas salir a caminar. A pesar de eso, creo que en las fotos sí hay una diferencia.
