Decidí continuar con un reto más. Comprender que de los cambios y hábitos que adopte hoy dependerá mi calidad de vida, el ejercicio a sido algo que no se puede posponer.
Ha sido un Gran Reto hacerlo en tiempo de verano, con visita de mis nietos en casa, vacaciones familiares a la playa, donde en ocaciones te llegas a sentir que fue mucho descanso y mucha comida. Me propuse que por lo menos si no podía deshacerme de algunos kilos de más, al menos evitaría a toda costa no subir.
Me aferré a siempre tomarme Probiótics Ultra al despertar, YOR Shake con Súper Green, como desayuno (aunque terminaba desayunando también) y ayudándome con Digest Ultra en desayuno y comida.
El ejercicio lo e adquirido como primordial, aunque no extenuante, 10 vueltas caminando en un circuito de estadio 6 días por semana y mínimo 5 días por necesidad. Lo mínimo al día han sido no menos de 10,000 pasos.
