Me siento muy satisfecha y feliz con los resultados que obtuve durante este reto de 8 semanas, ya que en el pasado tuve una pequeña falta de consistencia que me costó mucho físicamente, sin embargo para este fui más disciplinada en mis actividades y eso se vio reflejado en mis resultados.

Me gusta mucho tomar por la mañana antes que otra cosa mi supergreens eso me da mucha energía para comenzar el día junto con las Yor Vitamins

A media mañana tomó una Yor Shake junto con la fibra y dos cucharadas de avena.

En la comida tomó las enzimas digestivas y eso me mantiene muy estable.

Por la tarde salgo a caminar 7 kilómetros y después mi rutina del gimnasio, con eso mi cuerpo está tomando una forma que me gusta mucho.
