Hola a toda la familia Yor!!
Hoy estoy feliz de este reto de 8 semanas, me siento muy bien y me gusta como me veo, aunque aumente de peso, también ha disminuido mi porcentaje de gasa y ha aumentado mi porcentaje de masa muscular, mejorando el volumen y mi tono muscular.... y todo esto gracias a la suplementación, dieta y ejercicio

Mi rutina de uso de los suplementos que utilizo:
1.- Por la mañana inicio mi día con SuperGreens
2.- Para mi desayuno lo acompaño con mi favorito Shake de vainilla y mi Essential Vitamins
3.- A medio día me tomo mi AMP, más tarde con mi comida la acompaño de Essential Vitamins
4.- Por la tarde realizo mi rutina de ejercicio, lo acompaño con Berry y bien hidratado, al terminar mi porción de Shake de vainilla
5.- Y ya por la noche me tomo mis Repair Ultra lo que me ayuda a recuperar la buena función de todas mis células.

Esto me gusta sentirme más fuerte, con más energía al realizar todas mis actividades y mejorar mi estado de animo, me siento super bien.....
