les cuento que al despertar ..

tomo 1 cápsula de yor probióticos con un vaso de agua y 1 gota de aceite de limón le agrego un stick de berry Blast :)

voy a entrenar por aprox 45 min al gym

al regresar desayuno 3 scoops de yor Shake ! Que al mezclarla con agua y hielo da una consistencia de helado ! Cosa que me encanta

también tomo 2 cápsulas de vitaminas y 2 de yor amp

en la comida tomo dos cápsulas de yor digest

a media tarde tomo 3 porciones de yor Shake :)

y antes de ir a dormir 2 porciones de fibra y 2 cápsulas de yor repair !
